JJN Solutions Law, PLLC provides a fully secure escrow service designed specifically for domain name transactions. We facilitate secure transfers by holding the domain name(s) in a neutral account in the name of JJN Solutions Law, PLLC and holding funds in a regulated trust account until all conditions of the transaction are met and verified. We ensure both buyers and sellers are protected throughout the transaction process with direct communication, verification of domain ownership transfer, and prompt disbursement of funds upon successful completion.

Our process
- Agreement Established — Buyer and seller agree on transaction terms and the escrow arrangement.
- Domain Name(s) Secured and Verified — Seller transfers the domain name(s) to a neutral account in the name of JJN Solutions Law, PLLC.
- Funds Secured and Verified — Buyer deposits the purchase price into JJN Solutions' attorney trust account.
- Domain Transfer — JJN Solutions transfers the domain name to the buyer's registrar account and verifies completion through buyer confirmation and registrar records.
- Payment Released — Funds are disbursed to the seller, and broker if applicable, the next business day.
Fee structure
Transactions in U.S. dollars. Minimum transaction size: $5,000.

Buyer guidelines
If the buyer has agreed to pay all or a portion of the escrow fee, the fee amount will be added to the purchase price of the domain name so total transaction costs are clear upfront.
Payment methods
- Bank wire transfer (domestic and international)
- ACH (Automated Clearing House)
- Cryptocurrency, if the seller agrees to accept cryptocurrency and the buyer pays in cryptocurrency
Disbursement options
Once all applicable conditions of the transaction have been completed and verified, JJN Solutions will pay the seller and broker (if applicable) the next business day via:
- Bank wire transfer
- ACH (Automated Clearing House)
- Cryptocurrency, if the seller agrees to accept cryptocurrency and the buyer pays in cryptocurrency
If the seller or broker agrees to pay all or a portion of the transaction fee, the fee will be deducted from the applicable payout.
