Service details reflected in this calculator
- The Domain Transfer Service fee schedule is 1.7% with a $350 minimum for transactions from $5,000 to $200,000; 0.9% with a $3,400 minimum for transactions from $200,001 to $2,000,000; and 0.78% with an $18,000 minimum for transactions above $2,000,000.
- The Domain Escrow Service fee schedule is 2.9% with a $600 minimum for transactions from $5,000 to $200,000; 1.9% with a $5,800 minimum for transactions from $200,001 to $2,000,000; and 1.3% with a $38,000 minimum for transactions above $2,000,000.
- The one-sheets explain that if the buyer agrees to pay all or part of the applicable service fee, that fee is added to the purchase price, and if the seller or broker agrees to pay all or part of the service fee, the fee may be deducted from the payout.
