Fee schedules used in this calculator
- Domain Transfer Service: 1.7% (minimum $350) for transactions $5,000–$200,000 · 0.9% (minimum $3,400) for $200,001–$2,000,000 · 0.78% (minimum $18,000) for transactions above $2,000,000.
- Domain Escrow Service: 2.9% (minimum $600) for transactions $5,000–$200,000 · 1.9% (minimum $5,800) for $200,001–$2,000,000 · 1.3% (minimum $38,000) for transactions above $2,000,000.
- Lease-to-own: Monthly payment is calculated as the financed balance (purchase price minus down payment) divided by the term in months, plus a 1.9% service fee applied to each payment. There is no prepayment penalty.
- If the buyer agrees to pay all or part of the applicable service fee, that fee is added to the purchase price. If the seller or broker agrees to pay all or part, the fee is deducted from the payout.
